These terms govern use of Movie Madders, including the website and related APIs, while the product is in public beta. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Movie Madders is a movie discovery catalogue. Listings, streaming availability, scores, and editorial collections are provided as-is. Availability can change. We do not guarantee that a title is currently streamable, complete, or correctly licensed on a provider.
Beta software
Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. We may reset or migrate data if needed to keep the product working. Do not rely on Movie Madders as your only archive of reviews or lists.
Accounts
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account. Do not impersonate other people, scrape the service, or interfere with other users.
Your content
Reviews, lists, comments, and other content you post remain yours. You grant Movie Madders a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content on the service so other people can see it. You must have the rights to post it. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or clearly off-purpose.
What we do not promise
- Automatic release or OTT monitoring.
- Email, SMS, or push alerts.
- Personalized AI recommendations.
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Movie Madders is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the beta. If a consumer law in your jurisdiction cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to resupplying the service.
